I was recently preparing for a conference, when the host asked me to come up with a special offering for the attendees – a daily routine for health and happiness that anyone could do – one so simple, you could write it down on a sticky note. After reflecting on the practices that have served me the most in my life and work – activities that I commit to every day to keep my energy flowing – I wrote down “3M’s.”
If you integrate a few minutes of the 3M’s (Music, Movement and Meditation) into the beginning of your day, they will start to transform your experience with the world around you, bringing you a greater sense of balance and vitality. Beyond a simple daily routine, we can call upon these time-tested modalities at any time, to shift our energy and inspire us, or to help us reduce stress and face challenges with greater ease and confidence.
To learn more, check out the video excerpts from my workshop for global leaders in health care and technology at the Exponential Medicine conference, where we explore how we can integrate the 3M’s into health systems and our own lives, and use new technology to help us do so.
